About the venue

Wells Place Centre is one of Eastleigh’s top meeting and conference venues.

Centrally located, within easy walking distance of bus and train stations, public car parks and easy access from M3 & M27 as well as Southampton Airport. The Centre has nine rooms of various sizes spread over three floors with full disabled access to all rooms. Full Catering facilities are available in your meeting room or you can use our on-site coffee shop. Wi-Fi and Flip Charts are available in all rooms at no charge. PC Projectors, TV’s with DVD/Video players can be hired for small additional charge.
