The Meeting Centre is located in the centre of Hinckley Town in the Heart of England, with easy reach of motorways and main line railway stations.


 We have an Impressive array of conference suites suitable for training seminars, annual events, exhibitions and product launches, Weddings & Parties. At The Meeting Centre we have 7 functional meeting rooms, which are suitable for 2-200 delegates. We offer free Wi-Fi for every customer, each room is tastefully decorated and equipped to meet any requirements. We are fully air-conditioned. We are experienced in Meetings & Events and will assist you with the planning and running of your event to make sure everything runs smoothly. We have on site technicians to help with any AV questions or requirements. Our catering staff are extremely flexible and can cater for every dietary request. We offer excellent buffet menus and refreshments to suit all tastes, from light working lunches to executive style hot and cold buffets. Our staff are dedicated to our customers and will go beyond your expectations, We have built an excellent relationship with our regular customers, The Meeting Centre is a very welcoming and professional atmosphere. We can offer very competitive day delegate rates and private functions. Our facilities are available daytime, evening and weekends to hire for any length of time, from short breakfast or lunchtime meetings lasting an hour to long term projects.
