On a non-raceday we offer a quiet country ambiance perfectly situated in the Heart of England.

Our unique atmosphere always creates great interest whilst providing an unhurried environment for your event at a price that is hard to beat. Add the bonus of unlimited free car parking, and you'll find that we are the better choice for your conference, private party, wedding reception, dinner dance, AGM, trade fair, or outdoor events. Our conference facilities offer nine individual break out rooms for smaller meetings, alongside the main function suites. The rooms cater from 12 to 25 people depending on the room. Most facilities have disabled access. All have catering, cloakroom areas and ample free parking. A large external display area is available on site and the Warwickshire Stand can be used for demonstrations, exhibitions, fairs and conventions.
