7 million guests stay at our four Villages, each set on 400 acres of forest. Spring 2014 saw us open our fifth Village, Center Parcs Woburn Forest, the closest Village to London and the South East. Our new village in Bedfordshire, completes our UK footprint and now ensures there is a Center Parcs within easy reach of most UK businesses. Woburn Forest boasts a prime location for networks, being in close proximity to the M1 and just 50 minutes away from London by rail. Like our existing Villages, Woburn Forest benefits from a dedicated conference and events facility complemented by an extensive range of team building and indoor and outdoor activities, plus a variety of restaurants and retail outlets. At the heart of the village is our iconic Subtropical Swimming Paradise. Center Parcs Woburn Forest comprises of 625 luxury lodges, a 75 bedroom hotel. Aqua Sana Spa and 6 associated Spa Suites. Our new and contemporary conference venue opened for business in October 2014. With our iconic lake as its backdrop, the large and versatile space has the capacity to welcome 500 delegates’ theatre style, or 400 for a gala dinner.
