The Blackburn Enterprise Centre is a managed business centre situated close to junction 6 of the M65 and Blackburn Town centre.

The Centre offers prestigious office accommodation and conference and meeting facilities to suit a wide variety of training and corporate events. Companies can rent offices on an easy in easy out basis and can take advantage of additional facilities available such as: full switchboard service, Free car parking, telephony and broadband solutions and access to meeting rooms with full audio visual presentation equipment. The Centre is part of Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council’s portfolio of managed business centres and exists to assist business start ups and provide assistance and mentoring if necessary. The Centre is also the ideal location for expansion and growth and can provide flexible solutions for office accommodation. There are 3 conference rooms suitable for 10 – 70 people and two smaller syndicate rooms catering for 2 – 12 people. All rooms have refreshments facilities, water coolers and presentation equipment solutions.
