The museum's conference room offers an attractive setting for meetings, conferences and seminars.

A free guided tour during lunch-time breaks for delegates can be arranged and a delicious selection of freshly prepared refreshments and buffet lunches is available from the adjacent Saddle Room cafe. The room is available to hire at very competitive hourly rates during both daytime and evening hours. The room can accommodate fifty people, theatre- style.
