Reading has everything from traditional buildings rich in heritage to modern state of the art meeting rooms, with a wide variety of venues at our Whiteknights & London Road campuses.

We can offer all year round availability with a flexible range of capacities and facilities, including meeting rooms, lecture theatres and exhibition space, along with our all year round Cedars hotel to our halls of residence available during vacation. Our beautiful parklands lend themselves to outdoor events such as, teambuilding away days and receptions. Our all year round conferencing & event spaces are situated within Park House & Cedars offering capacities from 4 – 241 delegates. During the summer vacation, we can accommodate large conferences and corporate events for up to 400+ delegates in a number of venues within our campus. The University of Reading Whiteknights and London Road campuses are in prime location in the South-East of England with easy access by road and exceptional transport links.
