We have four fully configurable meeting spaces, each differing in size, • Harlyn is our smallest meeting room, with a maximum capacity of 18 delegates. • Sennen is the next size meeting room, with a maximum capacity of 36 delegates. • Harlyn & Sennen can be combined to offer additional space to hold up to 60 delegates. • Durgan is our medium sized meeting room, with a maximum capacity of 40 delegates. • Kynance is our largest meeting room, with a maximum capacity of 60 delegates. • Kynance & Durgan combined offers additional space for larger to hold up to 120 delegates. All our rooms can be configured in either: Boardroom, Theatre, Classroom, Square, Cabaret, or specific layouts to suit your event requirements. We have disabled access and disabled facilities, on both sides of the building, as we are on the 1stFloor. We have free on-site parking. There is also off-site parking available just a short walk away from the Conference Centre.
