Conveniently situated in the centre of the vibrant city of Newcastle, the University offers first-class conference and meeting facilities.

These are the largest of the University residences, situated within walking distance of the main University precinct and their proximity to the Medical School makes Castle Leazes Halls an attractive venue for conferences. The halls can accommodate over 1,000 delegates. Castle Leazes Halls comprise of three inter connecting Halls each accommodating 350 delegates. Each hall has five residential houses and includes it's own dining room. There are three dining rooms, each capable of seating 330 persons, and a selection of games and function rooms, enabling conferences to be held on one site. The bar - a popular focus for many conferences is an excellent venue for receptions or for unwinding in a relaxed atmosphere with a game of pool.
