The Fleece at Ruleholme is a modern take on the traditional Lakeland Inn.

We offer dining, meeting and events space that is executive standard, professional, comfortable, and unique to North Cumbria. Through careful planning and expert craftsmanship we have combined the rustic charm of a traditional Lakeland Inn with state-of-the-art technology, modern luxuries and some of the best eco credentials around. We are the ideal location for those team away-days, weekend training sessions, meetings, networking events and even informal company events, milestones & celebrations. We can cater for 10 to 180 in our stunning Centurion & Hadrian Suites, each with access to its own private entrance and our stunning garden terrace that overlooks the Cumbrian countryside. The Fleece at Ruleholme is the perfect venue to accommodate your corporate event, plus our events manager will be available to guide and assist you along throughout. Our Hadrian Suite Our Hadrian Suite is a modern, flexible space with natural light, private entrance and direct access to our manicured garden terrace. With seating for up to 200 people theatre style and a divider to split the suite into two smaller rooms, the Hadrian Suite offers flexibility for any event. We have extensive food and beverage menu options; the events team with be more than happy to discuss these in more detail with you. Small or Informal Meetings Here at the Fleece at Ruleholme we have a variety of spaces in our lounges, bars, and restaurants that are perfect for small team gatherings, interviews or informal business chats. Catering can be arranged to meet your requirements and budget. Additional amenities Should you foresee your event spanning more than a single day we have 23 luxury bedrooms available, a relaxing restaurant and bar space with open fireplaces and an expansive library lounge for leisure time outside of work hours. If your team is looking for additional team building opportunities we are within a few miles of Talkin Tarn Adventures – an outdoor activity organization who specialize in corporate team building activities, and, of course, we are a short drive from the stunning Lake District National Park.
