Whether you are holding a presentation for 60 people or you require a distinctive venue for a small board meeting, the Bear is the ideal location for management conferences or off-site meetings. All our conference rooms are light and airy, from the Bayliss Room for 6 people to the Terrace Room with a theatre-style capacity of 60. Presentation and audio-visual equipment is available. Tea and coffee break-out areas are readily accessible. To encourage team-building and new ways of thinking, our conference co-ordinator can create a programme specifically designed for you. This can incorporate a range of off-site activities, including paint ball, go-karting, clay pigeon shooting, orienteering and golf to name but a few.
