We have spaces perfect for meetings, interviews, training, seminars, courses and conferences. With all day refreshments and catering options available. Open Space is perfectly located just 15 minutes from the centre of Worcester and 2 miles from Malvern Link Station. No need to drive endlessly around town for parking, we have ample onsite parking which is free for all guests. We are a hi-tech facility and have considered the most important items on business meeting and conferencing check list. We offer complimentary high speed WiFi, built in AV equipment, and air-conditioning in all our meeting rooms. We have various catering and refreshment packages, from arrival drinks to a full day catered package; its up to you. More Detail: We can cater from 2 to 60 guests. 4 of the rooms have a max capacity of 12-16 and the larger room can fit 26 guests in a horseshoe, 30 in a boardroom and 60 in theatre style. We are a business centre and so have a sleek professional atmosphere. This is well liked by businesses who don't want the hotel feel. We have lease line internet and so we have super fast broadband, with complimentary WiFi access for all guests. We also have ample free onsite parking and our rooms are set below the idyllic Malvern Hills. We aim to be able to provide technically whatever our guests need. Each room has LCD wall mounted flat screen TVs (from 42 to 65") and have easy laptop connection through the wall. However, If guests would rather we also have projectors available. Additionally we have video and telephone conferencing capabilities as well as an abundance of cables, power points, and extension leads. We also have flip charts, white boards and stationary available as part of the day delegate/room rate. Within our day/delegate rate we include complimentary refreshments and have catering options and packages.
