We have 8 versatile suites, all purpose-built, which allow you to add your own personal touch. We can accommodate 2 – 370 delegates within the conference centre for a wide variety of events including meetings, conferences, training and team building sessions, product launches and annual dinners. We are just 200 metres from Newcastle Central Station and our Times Square car park is only 4 minutes’ walk away. Our Meeting & Events staff have years of experience of hosting conferences and events and have an unrivalled reputation for their professional, friendly and flexible approach. Every detail is attended to, from our head chef’s bespoke menus down to the equipment you require, you can rely on our team to do their upmost to make sure your day is one to remember. The Centre for Life is an independent and self-funding charitable trust and on site partners include Newcastle University, who chose Life for the location of their Institute of Genetic Medicine; the NHS Newcastle Fertility Centre; the NHS Northern Genetics Service and several young and vibrant biotechnology companies. Since 2000, teams based at the Centre for Life have earned worldwide headlines for advances in stem cell technology. Times Square is one of Newcastle’s most attractive outdoor spaces and one of the largest open air areas available for hire in the city centre. Ideal for outdoor events, it can also accommodate your own temporary structure, canopy or marquee.
