You can enjoy lunch in the Kingscliff Bar which renowned for its variety of freshly cooked dishes or you may prefer to relax and a take a break in the Hotel lounge bar. Preston's Suite is without doubt one of the finest function rooms within the area of Tendring and Clacton. The views’s are fantastic. The suite holds up to 100 people theatre style and private dining up to 80. It benefits from natural day light and is located at the front of the hotel with a sea view. Our room is extremely versatile and the layouts are flexible. The newly refurbished rooms has an elegant décor with a state of the art screening and I.T solutions. Guests can expect WiFi within the hotel and direct dial telephones allow for incoming and outgoing calls. A fax machine and photocopier are available on reception along with secretarial services (subject to prior arrangement). We can serve refreshments in your room, choose from teas, coffees, pastries, hot/cold buffet lunch. We have thirty en-suite rooms available for those delegates who may wish to stay overnight and then in the morning enjoy a full English breakfast or Continental breakfast in our dining room before your return journey home. We will supply you with your own event co-ordinator, who will help organise every aspect of your conference, meeting or corporate event. They will be with you every step of the way, liaising with all the relevant personnel to ensure smooth running of your event.
