About the venue

A modern venue with a historical past, Heckfield Place is an 18th-century country house in 65 acres of Georgian parkland on the Berkshire/Hampshire border within easy access of Reading, the M4, M3 and Heathrow.

17 meeting and syndicate rooms are available and each is fitted with modern equipment including LCD projectors, TVs, videos, DVD players and OHPs. The venue’s ability to adapt enables a variety of events to take place here such as small corporate meetings, large scale training programmes, incentive and away days, champagne receptions and formal dinners. Numerous packages for corporate events such as the “gourmet wine and dine” and “team build packages” offer pre-arranged schedules that include quad biking, treasure hunts and 4-wheel driving. Alternatively, bespoke events can be organised. Rooms can be used in conjunction to create more space and the Heckfield Place Cedar Lake Marquee is ideal for larger events such as weddings. Guest rooms have en-suite facilities and are extremely comfortable. Drinks at the Stables Bar are enjoyed before dining in the Garden Restaurant, which overlooks the terraced garden. Alternatively, several stylish private dining rooms are available in the manor house. During the summer months garden parties can be hosted. Free broadband Internet access is available 24-hours a day.
