Event Essex is one stop service for conferences and events facilities at the University of Essex in Colchester.

We offer a full-service conference package including top quality meeting spaces and accommodation at competitive rates. We offer a vast selection of flexible meeting and conference rooms for up to 1000 delegates, which can be fitted with a range of audiovisual equipment on request. In addition, we also provide technical support throughout your event and have video conferencing available via our multimedia centre. On Campus there is a wide range of catering facilities and menus, as well as a dedicated conference team to help plan your successful event from start to finish.
