Nestling in the beautiful Surrey Hills is Denbies Wine Estate, England's largest and most spectacular vineyard.

With 265 acres under vine, Denbies is a unique and memorable setting for your conferences and corporate entertainment. Meeting Room Facilities Denbies Wine Estate is fully equipped to cater for all your conference needs, from a drinks reception in the Garden Room, to a choice of three elegant conference rooms customised to your needs, followed by sumptuous food, exquisitely presented and produced by our experienced chefs. Corporate meetings and events can be held in: -The Garden Room, located on the ground floor, adjacent to the conservatory. This attractive, purpose- built conference room with high ceiling and wooden floor overlooks the cloisters courtyard via a wall of French windows. The room’s light, airy atmosphere provides guests with a stylish and comfortable room. The integral bar provides flexibility for evening functions and parties. · The Denbies Suite, a modern purpose built conference room catering for up to 175 people. This suite is spacious and can be adapted for larger theatre-style meetings or 'break-out' team building workshops. · The Lecture Room is also available for smaller meetings and presentations for up to 40 people. · The intimate Board Room, catering for up to 16 people is available for executive occasions and be combined with lunch in the a la carte Gallery Restaurant. All four conference facilities are fully air-conditioned and have 'black-out' facilities and wifi access. Special Features Denbies offers an indoor wine tasting tour as part of the corporate package, which includes: a state-of-the-art special effects film in the 360° cinema, a trip on a "people mover" through the winery and ends with a wine tasting in our atmospheric cellars. "The Conservatory" restaurant offers the ideal setting for corporate dinners or lunches as you find the perfect answer to eating al fresco in all weathers, day or night. "The Gallery" restaurant, available for lunches and evening functions, offers a stylish and contemporary space where delegates can enjoy panoramic views of the vineyard. There is a charming Bed and Breakfast converted farmhouse on site offering 7 en-suite bedrooms and a breakfast conservatory with views over the vineyard.
