Cottrell Park is an idyllic venue set in the heart of 400 acres of beautiful Vale of Glamorgan Parkland, accessed through a breathtaking kilometre long driveway.

Our facilities are built in a style reflective of a prestigious Parkland Estate and offer the perfect setting for Conferences and Meetings. There are Four Suites to choose from; each with their own individual character, offering full facilities in a comfortable environment. Perfect for small meetings or larger events and presentations, each room benefits from natural daylight and Free Wi-fi access. We can accommodate up to 120 delegates in our Clarendon Suite and Tyler’s Cabin and up to 50 delegates in each of our Sun Lounges, which overlook the 18th Green of the Button Gwinnett Course. Other facilities include two Championship 18 Hole Golf Courses, friendly informal Clubhouse offering an extensive Bar Menu, fully equipped Professional Shop and excellent Practice facilities including a 20 Bay Driving Range, which is perfect for Team Building exercises. Cottrell Park boasts ample Free Car Parking and is easily accessible on the A48 off Junction 33 of the M4 and just 10 minutes drive from the centre of Cardiff and Cardiff International airport. The perfect choice for the Conference Organiser! Corporate Packages and Incentive Days at Cottrell Park Corporate hospitality packages are also available; one of which is the Falconry Experience. The morning package starts off with registration with Tea, Coffee and Bacon Roll with the Falconer. Then an introduction to birds of prey and learning about the different birds and history of Falconry. The morning progresses with demonstrations from the Falconer and learning the falconers knot. The falconer introduces the Harris Hawk and demonstrates how to safely handle the bird. This is followed by a coffee break. Following the break students participate in how to ‘Fly’ the birds including having a go at ‘calling’ the birds. Finishing off with a Photo session and Lunch with the Falconer. Golf Taster Mornings and Days are also available both of which include refreshments on arrival followed by tuition from a fully qualified PGA Professional. The session finishes with a review and round –up and Lunch. Packages can be tailor-made by having a Golf Taster Morning followed by an afternoons Falconry or vice versa. These packages are ideal for entertaining clients and V.I.P’s or for Team Building/Incentive Days.
