Situated amid beautiful meadows and woodland near Dorchester in Dorset, Birkin House is an idyllic setting for any event, be it a wedding, function, party, business meeting or conference.

This elegant Victorian mansion has several large rooms available along with luxurious overnight accommodation. Stunning gardens surround the house with roses, herbaceous borders and mature trees. Several large rooms are available. The Entrance Hall, decorated in rich Victorian colours, is flooded with natural light from the huge skylight. In winter, open fires burn in the grate. The Dining Room is an elegant room with floor-length sash windows opening on to the gardens. Up to 84 guests can dine in the elegant Drawing Room, a glorious room with gilt columns, chandeliers, marble fireplaces and mirrors or up to 108 using the Drawing Room and Dining Room. The venue can accommodate up to about 150 guests in the evening. The Library has a full-sized billiard table and bar - a great place to relax after the earlier formalities.
