About the venue

Originally an old Victorian house, now tastefully converted into a luxurious hotel with excellent leisure and conference facilities and an award-winning restaurant.

Situated opposite Eaglescliffe golf course, 1 mile from picturesque Yarm, with cobbled high street and ancient viaduct. Leisure facilities include an indoor deck level swimming pool, sauna, gym, hydrotherapy spa and beauty salon. All conference rooms are situated on the ground floor with natural daylight and blackout facility. A good range of audio visual equipment is available and in addition the Three Rivers Suite and Yarm Suite has air-conditioning. The Three Rivers Suite can also sub-divide into smaller areas for syndicate work if necessary. Fax, photocopying, E-mail, and wireless internet access are also available, please ask a duty manager for details. We offer banqueting facilities, small select groups or parties of up to 140 can be catered for in one of our several suites.
